OUR PROGRAMS
Every life is precious.
Every act counts.
From daily feeding rounds to sterilization drives and awareness workshops — here's how LTPR is building a more compassionate Meerut.
Every day, LTPR feeds 60+ street dogs fresh rotis and milk each morning. Sundays are special treat days — chew sticks, biscuits, and extra love. Every belly full, every tail wagging.
Street dogs are harmed for simply reproducing. To prevent this cruelty and reduce human-dog conflict, LTPR arranges sterilization in New Delhi, ensuring safer, healthier lives for all.
School Awareness Sessions
Educational sessions in schools and colleges across Meerut — teaching children and young adults to be compassionate, responsible citizens towards street animals.
Animal Welfare Drives
LTPR keeps organizing free distribution drives of water bowls, bori beds, jackets and reflective collars when required.
Vaccination Drives
Regular vaccination camps protect street dogs from deadly diseases like rabies and parvovirus — keeping both animals and the human community safer together.
Medical Aid Network
LTPR collaborates with independent rescuers and local NGOs for emergency cases — raising funds for medical treatments and extending financial support to other rescuers in need.
Meet the founder - Pawni Singhal
Henlo! I’m Paw-ni — yes, my name literally has “paw” in it. Funny how I didn’t notice it until I discovered the huge, soft corner I have for animals. Guess I owe that one to my mum and dad for giving me such a perfect name.
I was born and brought up in Meerut, and later moved to Delhi for my graduation at Hansraj College, DU. College life was amazing — I was part of the dance society for three years and even became its president in my final year. Pretty amazing, right? I’d say so.
After graduating, I worked in Delhi for a year before heading back home. Then COVID happened, and like everyone else, I found myself stuck. To pass time, I started caring for the street puppies around my house. But everything changed the day one of them, Sweeti, fell sick. I couldn’t find a single doctor to help, and I lost her in my arms. That moment stayed with me — and it became my turning point.
With the support of my family, I started “LetThePawRoar” in January 2020.
What began as a small effort has grown into a passionate community of 30+ volunteers now! Now I conduct feeding, vaccinations, reflective collar campaigns, and awareness sessions in schools and colleges. With no shelter of my own, I collaborate with local NGOs to rescue and treat injured dogs.
The trust and support of the community keeps me going — and every life saved reminds me why I started it. At LTPR, I believe that street animals belong with us, and it’s up to us to ensure they live with dignity, safety, and love.
This is me. This is my story.
A girl with “paw” in her name… and a whole lot of love in her heart 🐾
And always remember — the more love and kindness you spread, the more it finds its way back to you. 💛
